Is there a test point I can place my VOM to test voltage output from my regulator/rectifier to the battery? If I test at battery I get voltage of battery, correct? My analog amp/voltage gage on dash is so vague in measurement marks I can't tell for sure if I'm getting too much voltage from rectifier. It looks like it might be high, but is not pegged all the way. If I had a bad rectifier, would the gage be pegged?
Edit: Just thought to pull dash panel, and test at gage connectors. Simple DUH solution, sorry guys!
