87 suzuki 75 hp acceleration problem

have a 87 suzuki 75 hp that runs great at idle, if i floor the throttle planes great and runs fine. if i take throttle up slowly engine bogs down at 2800 rpm and does not go to plane. impellor was replaced any ideas

the sensores on your engine normally brings the rpm down when something goes wrong or when one of the sensors go bad, so you need to check a couple of things, the oil level switch in the oil tank, your water flow switch and the oil flow and water flow sensors ...

I had something like this happen to me but the engine was always bogged down. One of the carb mounting bolts had come loose and I was getting to much air.
This was on an 86 dt75.
