'88 17 Ft. Sunbird Cabin Cruiser I/O

Found this on Craigslist. Anybody have any experience with these boats. From what I read the OMC engine can be an issue.

weve had 2 omc powered boats over the years (10 or so years) and theyve been fine. no more issues than a mercruiser, and the not getting parts lingo is somewhat a joke. last year we rebuilt the whole drive after a strike in the river with a few clicks of the mouse getting parts on the internet, and im not biased, i love my merc outboard.
