I have a constant alarm, at first it was intermittent but now it is constant.
Checked the oil primer and it is very solid. Gas primer bulb however does not get "hard" like the oil bulb does. I had to replace the fuel fitting into the motor and was wondering if there was air in the fuel line perhaps setting off the alarm. I do not believe it is overheating as the alarm sounds as soon as the ignition switch is engaged.
Any ideas??

Try disconnecting the wires from the oil tank and see if the horn stops.

Not overheating, motor was not hot to the touch.
When I moved the key closer to the off position the alarm would quit, probably just breaking the connection.
