i have a 88 bayliner cobra with a 125 force..it sat 2 years b4 i got it..i drained the fuel put new in it and took it out it ran perfect no problems at all..well we got alot of rain and the tank got water in it and i didnt know..i went out one day and it tried to fire but wouldnt..well i drained the tank and it started again and ran ok..last weekend i went out to the river and my battery was low so i used a jump box and it started..i noticed theres no primer pump is that bad..now it barely runs at all the gas is running out both carbs and when i took it out it will run ok at wot but nothing else and idle is terrible..the motor was rebuilt in 2005 and barely used since..my question is does a low battery cause issues,,should i put a primer pump on it..and where should i start..thanks for reading..also forgot at the end of the day when i was heading to the ramp when i would try to hi wot it just bogged real bad and wouldnt rev up or speed up
