Well,
I've changed fuel line and bulb. Pulled off vent hose and its clear. The boat still stalls after running about 10 mi or so . Just stops, vapor lock. Fuel bulb is flat but you can hear it pulling gas. Starts up after the bulb fills and runs fine for a short time but dies over and over. Only does it after running for a while though. I don't have a clue.

have you cleaned and rebuilt the carbs and fuel pumps? I'd bet its in either of those...

coosa,

There is an anti siphon valve in your fuel tank (assuming it's built in).

The anti siphon valve is located at (or part of) the tank outlet.

Remove the tank outlet and see if the valve is free. You can bypass it for testing-only.

How much would I be looking at to get the carbs rebuilt? Is the anti-syphon valve in the input hose?

Coosa,

The anti sihon valve is usually part of the outlet of the fuel tank-if it is a built in tank.

You should be able to easily uncrew it from the fuel tank and inspect it.

Just guessing, I would say a carb. rebuild is about four hours labor plus parts. However, I don't think that is your problem.
