rebuilt carbs w/ carb kit, did soaked carbs in carb bath,rebuilt fuel pumps,new fuel lines, new inline fuel filter, new fuel line w/ bulb from tank, new throttle switch on bottom carb. seems to idle ok, problem after reaching max RPM @ 5400 apx, then after 10 min or so drops to 4800-5000. I can trim down flat for a min or 2 then same over again, it acts like fuel loss, but I can hold in chock but w/ no increase, like in fuel loss 
do i need to use permitex on fuel pump gaskets? the external inline fuel filter bleeds down after running awhile what does this mean? I'm a carpenter but have good mechanical skills, but hit my limits
