The easiest, first thing to check is the power pack ground wire, it should come out from under the power pack and grounded to one of the bolts that is holding the power pack top on. The next would be the kill switch lanyard. Make sure the switch is not faulty.
Then go to the TOP SECRET area (see:

and start reading for more information on this, do searches of other threads. It maybe something very simple, or very complex, but at this point you have to start digging into it. Be sure to come back here and keep the thread updated with your finds?
Now with that being said; do you have a FACTORY Service Manual for your year model and size? If you do great, if you don?t stop now and get it, the time that you lose waiting for it to arrive will pay off big in the long run.
