89 90 hp rpm range

Whats the rpm range for this motor. I ordered a manual but it hasnt came in yet. Its a 1989 90hp and its currently on a 15 1/2 foot bumblebee running 5800 rpms. Its a 17 pitch stainless prop. Thanks

hello<br /> its 45-5500. at 5800 your about right. <br /> yamaha recommends propping to the high side of the RPM range.
