89 force 50, this is what i've found

marine power, no serial # m # on top of block K123057, # flywheel 3000A # carb 684061.

need coils # 380 and blue power pack no # , starter no#.

cold dry compression 3 strokes 75-80 each. lower unit no water. need best part source.

Of course iBoats is always good place to start. But do some price comparisons at http://www.mercruiserparts.com and eBay is another good source for those items you can't seem to find at good price.

Best source to id parts is the mercruiser site.

All the blue cd power pack are interchangeable.
Not sure on the blue coils, but I think so.

Both CDI/Rapair and Sierra are making the ignition parts, and they are cheaper than the Merc parts.
