9.9 evinrude 4 stroke HELP

Help or ideas???
Have a 99 or 2000 9.9 that is dumping gas out of carb. Had new needle and seat, carb rebuilt, fuel pump, etc... still dumping gas into crankcase. Any help or suggestions

Possible cracked float...

I had this problem with 2001 (I think) and it was fuel pump diaphram.

2 year old post. I think he has it fixed by now.....
