9.9 Evinrude Serial Number Help, Please !!

19?? Evinrude 9.9, pull start.

I need to replace the waterpump in my 9.9 Evinrude, thus I need to know the year of manufacture.
The transome clamp plate reads " Model E10 RERB ", Serial # " G 03653875"
The Serial number on the block's core plug agrees with the transome clamp's.
All of the serial lists that I have found don't look anything like the above.
Can anyone identify the year???

That's a 1994 Evinrude 9.9HP model number.

I spend most of my time over on the Mercuriser side of the house.
This 9.9 is a lot newer than I thought !!!!!
