Since my boat was returned to me from winter storage I can not start it with the key. Marina said it started fine when they put it water. I changed ignition switch did not help. Cleaned battery terminals and checked battery charge is good. I can start with emergency rope and it starts right up. The battery charging gauge never goes up to 12 volts. I checked voltage at starter relay and ground and have 12.8 volts. Tried a jumper across started relay and got nothing. Any suggestions!!! Need help!!!!
