9.9 year model?

I guess I need to go get an impeller. I looked at the tag, the serial # is e5597573 the model # was blank. I pulled the cowl and the silver plug hand the serial # plus the #J10RCNS. Any help? Thanks

Yep CN are the date letters for 1982

R= Rope start

(an L after the R would indicate a longshaft )
