900 zxi is idling at 6k on hose

Last time we took it out, it did idle kinda high at like 2k. Today, we started it in the driveway to make sure it was good and it’s idling at 6k. Turned it off pretty quick obviously but any ideas?

Okay, well 1 issue identified. I think these were all broken on the last motor we swapped out. I don’t know what they do or why they’re there. Do I just take out all the broken bits and run it? I’m thinking not. I pulled a big chunk out of the center carb, and a big chunk out of another one. I assume several pieces made it past the carbs. Time to disassemble?

I assume we should pull this carb setup and goes searching for debris?

Also, does anyone know if these ducts are worth buying the OEM versions? Or am I ok with some rubber ones on Amazon
