91, 115 hp evinrude, trim & tilt

I was cruising about 18 miles North of Youngs Bay, NWA when I met another boat comming down the channel. As I hit the oncomming boats wake my trim commenced to trimming the motor fully out of the water? We unhooked the wires and manually released it and kept fishing. <br /><br />I would like info on how to trouble shoot the problem, or wear I might find trouble shooting manuals for this motor?

Marko,<br /><br />Two things. Either one of the solonoids is stuck, or a switch is stuck.
