It doesn't look like the bottom carb is opening all the way. By looking at the roll pins in the throttle shaft at full throttle position the top pin is in the vertical position and the bottom pin is off a little ( not fully open ). I don't see an adjustment for this other than bending the linkage rod. Am I missing something or does this matter?
