Hey everybody. This is my first post. Have really enjoyed reading on this forum. Just purchased this boat; 1992 Supreme 21 Medalist. The boat has been setting up for I don't know how many years, low hours--151. It has been sitting in a boathouse, very little maintainance has been done on it but it is a one-owner boat. Needs alot of TLC, but I believe the boat is worth it. Will put up pictures soon. I've owned three different boats, from Jet boats, to I/O boats. This is my first mid-engine ski boat. As I mentioned earlier, there has been little to no maintainance on the boat and the engine has water in it and the block is cracked and it is totaled. The interior will have to completely be reupholstered, but everything else seems to be there and work. It has a 5.7 Chevy engine, velvet drive trans., three blade prop. It is a 21' open bow boat. Has anyone had any experiences with these boats or what is your opinion of these boats? Seems to be hard to find information on the company. Will be using it for skiing, wakeboarding/recreation. Any information pros/cons would be appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome aboard ! The 5.7 is a very common motor, no problem there.

The drive is a common drive also.

Good luck !

Re: '92 Supreme 21 Medalist

are they the same company that makes ski supreme?

i've heard of the company, not sure if they're still around.

the newer boats are considered high quality. can't go wrong with a 351 and velvet drive.

direct drive inboards are very easy to work on and maintain. you've got a nice boat there once it's fixed back up. you might get some better info from a more wakeboarding oriented site such was wakeworld.com.
