94 dt 85 alarm goes on running 3000-4000

water temp alarm goes off after running 10 - 20 minutes 3000 - 4500 rpms.
reset the alarm and it goes away again but comes back on. checked the impeller seemed to look fine and thermo seems to be ok to. pisses lots of water anyone had this prob??????

check your thermostat, make sure you have enough oil in the oil tank, and just check that the oil level switch works .... then you have to check the oil flow and water flow sensors, they do go bad occasionally ......
