I just got a 94 Bayliner with a Force 120 motor, the motor starts and runs fine, I changed the plugs after the first run, and I noticed cylinder #2 is wet after I got home. The previous owner had the head gasket changed a year or 2 ago, I thought the water may be coming in the exhaust, so I took the exhaust cover off, and I do have a small crack right across from the #2 cylinder on the exhaust plate. I dont know how the coolant flows in this motor, but there is foamy white oil in the exhaust around all cylinders but #2, which is carbonated up. The foamy oil indicates water in oil, so water is getting all over in the exhaust area by the ports. But could this small crack on the exhaust plate cause this issue? I did a compression test, and I was getting 135psi in all 4 cylinders, with throttle closed. This boat is only used in fresh water.

I took some pics, since they explain better lol.

The cylinder getting water in is the 2nd one from the top, or the 2nd one from the left. My exhaust divider is all warped too, and no where near flat, so I will definately be replacing it.

Not uncommon to get water into a cylinder and on the plug from a cracked exhaust baffle in the exhaust cavity. Warped exhaust baffle is normal. As long as it's not cracked, you're OK. Replace your exhaust baffle, and you should be OK.
