Re: 94 Force Timing Problems

I can't do that because the wires were broke; and I do not have it any longer.

I just wanted to double confirm the part number for the replacement trigger. It should be the 7029-4. The dash number makes a difference. You mentioned that the paper work stated that you had a 7029. Double check the actual trigger that that's what they gave you, look at the dash number. It should be a -4. Maybe they gave you the wrong trigger?

Wow this is a strange one! OK so you've established that the trigger is most likely the correct one. Lets take a look at the wiring on the switch box. Do the trigger wires go directly from the trigger assy. to the switch box? Or is there a wiring harness that the trigger wires plug into then go to the switch box? Need to know the color code in order from top to bottom of the wires on the switch box on the row of 8 terminals.

I have all that correct. I found tonight that the carbs were not adjusted properly; I had the RPM Tach tested and adjusted today ....fingers crossed, I think I got it. I will keep you posted; not taking out til the weekend.
