96 Johnson 225 doesnt fire

I have a 96 Johnson 225 Venom. It will not fire all the time. When it runs, it runs great, but if it doesn't start right up, it is not going to start at all. I have a new stator, powerpack, and coils. New plugs, new fuel line, new primer solenoid???? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tim

Tim..... Sounds like you're throwing a lot of $$$$ at that engine. The following will prevent one from shutting the engine down by turning off the key so keep that in mind (eliminates the kill circuit)

Remove the black/yellow wire from the igniton switch. If the problem ceases to exist, replace the ignition switch.

I had already put a new ignition switch in it also.
