96' Mercury 40hp bore put question

96 Mercury 40hp 4cyl oil injection 2 stroke that needs pistons and rings, I can't find anyone that works on "older motors" I found the rebuild kit but I haven't found anyone that can do the boring.
Any suggestions

Unfortunately your in a politically correct state with two strokes just about illegal to have or work on. Here in the great lakes area, we have plenty of two stroke repair places. You may have to consider hiring a private machine shop, or send it out of state.
