98 Mecury 150HP Outboard TILT TRIM RELAY --- Help Please

Hello All,

I am having a small problem I thought maybe some of you guys maybe able to help me out here...

I have a 98 Merc 150 , I am having problems with the tilt trim.. The motor will go down but not up, So I switched the relays then the motor goes up and not down... This would mean to me that I have a bad relay... So I changed the relay and still have the same problem,, I have tried two new relays now and still have the same problem.. What Am I missing here???

Any help would be appreciated..

I got it, Didnt realize the 2 relays worked together, I got it to work now..
