Wish I had more ideas, been a long time since I had a RFI and only thing I had to replace was the rectifier

how did you clean the TB ?.

check voltage out put when running then check again as you ease on the throttle , if voltage drops or spikes intermittently then the regulator/rectifier is damaged.(possibly ECU).
running or trying to run to often like this will fry the ECU , that you don't want $$$.

the cheapest way to sort this is to take the ski to a seapoo stealer and have it checked. those RFi should be called PIA.
951 and 787 worked better with carbs , at least you knew where you were at when thing weren't right.

i never worked on many of the RFI back in the day , but when i did it was usually owner /operator or people that had no idea what they were doing working in them that caused failure. .

Attached are a couple of troubleshooting guide pages out of my 04 manual. have not had any real issues with our rfi save resetting the tps

what do the plugs look like rich or lean?

a couple thoughts
check for stored faults
fuel pressure ? If i recall it was pretty easy to pull the injector rail out to see the spray pattern

are rave valves opening these can stick, they open to change exhaust port size at higher rpm
test spark with spark gap tester
as others mentioned is voltage ok , battery life on these sucks and can make them wonky

The plugs look a little rich but not bad at all, I don’t know how to check the faults I contacted the dealer to have it checked and they said they can’t do anything for 4-5 weeks from now 😢 we checked fuel pressure and it was at 50 psi I have to watch some videos on how to check the rave valves voltage is all good checked the rectifier and that was good and we have a brand new battery installed as well I’m ready to pull the little bit of remaining hair I have left out lol
