*** 99 Yamaha 115 torque specs (no access to my manual** PLEASE

I just moved and my manual is packed away no where to be found. I'm replacing the head gaskets, cover gaskets, poppet valve & thermostats and can't find the torque specs anywhere online.

Can someone please help me out, need to get this boat running and sold ASAP cause in financial crisis..
