ok this might be a little long hoping someone might have advice. go out sunday motor runs fine. go back wed want stay cranked and has to be choked to run. Also having issues with the primer bulb getting sucked flat. ok so here is what i have done. i was thinking fuel tank vent issue, maybe trash in tank blocking pickup. So i went and bought a portable tank new line and new primer bulb installed everything... still starvs for fuel. any ideas maybe a carb issue if so or if not where should i look next?

my guess is water has all ready made it to the carbs, at the bottom of each carb are drain screws.take a fuel sample there. easy to ck and verify. also if the vents not open on the tank it will make the primer bulb flatten and i assume the arrow on the bulb points to the motor?

already pulled the screws. and yes the flow arrow is pointing the right way. ive also tried opening the gas cap on the boat trying to make sure its vented before attaching the external gas tank with new hoses and primer bulb?

I suspect a clogged pickup tube, antisiphon valve or to small fuel line

since you have replaced all of the fuel system it sounds like tank, line, bulb and fittings. go back to step one and ck compression and spark just to make sure you didnt drop a cyl or spark. i have seen those fuel fittings cause problems so if there not matched right or not in all the way fuel cant come out of the tank making the bulb run dry and flatten out. hope this helps.
