So I discovered a easier Way to apply Vaseline to my boat.
Go buy the Biggest Jar of Vaseline Brand at the Local Drug Store. Who cares what the Counter Person thinks. Take a Scoop of it and place it in a microwavable plastic Bowl. Take a Heat Gun and set the temp to about 150 Degrees (Your Temps may vary). A varible temp heat gun can be found at Harbor Freight or Ace Hardware. Apply heat to the Vaseline until it melts into liquid form. Take a Wax applicator Pad and quickly spread on the Melted Vaseline. Reheat Vaseline if nesseccary. Let Vaseline set on hull for a couple of hours. Take a Rag and wipe off excess Vaseline. Take a Shammy and buff to a smooth Shine. Repeat if necessary.
I understand you cold weather folks are just thinking about dewinterizing but for me its going to be 85 degrees this Weekend.
Disclaimer: Applying Vaseline to your boat is not for everyone. There are plenty of thread debating over this. My boat already has a Nice Shine finish to it already. A thin coat of Vaseline brings out the Deep purple color in my boat and over all the Boat really shines in the AZ sun.
Use Vaseline at your own risk. Enjoy.
