A hole in the fiberglass hull

I had the bass boat out for the first time this year and noticed that I had to frequently use the bilge pump. When I trailered the boat, I looked underneath and found about a dime size hole in the bottom of the fiberglass hull. Can anyone suggest a good fiberglass repair system/ product? Also, perhaps a primer paint/ finish paint product to help seal the repair?

Re: A hole in the fiberglass hull

Marine Tex is good stuff.
If you can access the hole from the inside of the boat that will be your best repair. You will need to grind out the area from inside and fiberglass it back in.
There are many helpful threads here on this kind of repair.
If the outside is the only way you can go then i would use the Marine Tex on that small of hole.
