Okay, I got some money to fix one of my trucks.
Here's the dilemma.
My white 1989 Chevy S-10(standard) needs the rear main seal replaced, along with the clutch....about $600-$700 to fix at the shop.
My red 1991 Chevy S-10(automatic) needs a ball joint replaced and some transfer case repair...about $600-$800 to fix.
Here are the trucks.

What I want to do is, fix the white truck and then sell it. I paid $300 for the truck and with the repairs, about $1100-$1200 in total. I want to sell it for $2500, firm. Does that sound reasonable to everyone?
The truck runs great and has a digital dash and a winch mounted bumper and trailer pkg, and the roll bars make it look good.
I just want to make sure that if I invest the money into the white truck, I can get what I am asking for it.

Then I can invest the money into the red truck, becasue I have a girfriend and she has kids(and so do I), so we need to be able to fit into the truck

The misses wants me to just fix the red truck and not worry about the white one, but I think this is a good investment.

Cause she is going to freak if I fix the white truck and not get the money I am hoping for....now do you see my dilemma?

What do you all think?
