? about my live well

Has anyone hooked up a hose to the pump outlet going into the live well so they have a raw water wash down? If so can you hook me up with the info to help me out? I looked to see if i could splice in a y conection but it would be a big pain for the amout of times i would be useing it. Thanks

Really don't think a livewell pump would have enough power to do any good unless you want to just rinse the boat off, but if that is your aim ya, it will pump water.
My boat has carpet so I have never tried it.
Check Ebay for an actual wash down pump, you might get lucky.

you would have to put a 3 way valve in the line, inlet from pump, outlet to live well, outlet to washdown. it will give you enough water to wash down blood on the deck, but that is about it. i agree look for a wash down pump. you could tap it into your existing thru hull for the live well pump.
