Hi all, I have a 1988 alpha one with a 3.0 mercruiser motor. I bought this boat in pieces and have never owned or worked on a boat before so this has been one heck of a ride getting this thing ready for the lake. Good news is, thanks to everyone on this forum, I'm about a week away from trying it out. The question at hand now is...... mounting the prop, does my model require a continuity washer? I see that some pictures show it and some don't. I found the spline,thrust and tab washer and nut in the glove box but just want to make sure I don't need this " continuity" washer. Thanks... Russ
