This should be a simple fix. I am trying to fill my trim tilt reservoir on my
1996 70 hp evinrude. I have got the engine about half way up. At this point, when I open the reservoir fluid leaks out, and when I add some, most of it leaks out. I don't think I am getting any in and the engine only goes up half way after about 10 tries. I raise the engine up, open the cap part way to let out air, open and try to add more fluid, the lower the engine, and repeat.
CCan anybody give me some info or advice?
