Advice on the EVA decking as far as longevity?

I am looking at EVA for the decking on a 16’ tin Lund 1986 vintage over complete floor restore with 3/4” Coosa.

Any advice on the EVA decking as far as longevity?

I don’t want to run marine carpet, and can live with replacing the EVA in 5 years if needed. I DON’T want to have to ever mess with the Floor again, so I chose Coosa as the substrate.

Kind of difficult to keep clean. A cat can really ruin it. Have you looked at Nautolex?
