after market shift cable

hello all, hope this is in the right area, i have a 1976 merc 200 20 hp tiller and was woundering if there is some kind of an after market shifting cable and brackets that would attach to the tiller handle that would allow you to shift with out turning around and grab the shift handle, thanks.
