Age & HP of Johnson Sea Horse

Can someone tell me the age and horsepower of a little Johnson Sea Horse I picked up at an estate sale. It is a Model H8 - 15. The 8 might be an S but it looks like it is closed. The Serial # is 363790. Thanks. KPrice

HS-15 is a 2.5 hp 1940 model Johnson.
