I have a 50 hp evinrude and I have disabled the the oil injector, the boat ran good for a few days now it will not plain out. There is a air bubble in the fuel filter and the fuel ball is soft. What do I need to do?

Where is the fuel filter?

Did you close off the oil injection inlet?

The filter is near the starter, I put a large bolt in the o.j line.

Is the fuel filter a new addition?

You did mix the fuel 50:1?

No the filter has been there, I did clean it. and yes I have mixed 50 to 1. I have dumped the old gas thinking that may be it.

Re: AIR IN FUEL FILTER

Also if I pump the fuel ball the filter fills up, and the when you throttle up the filter empties and a small flow of gas is all I get. At a full throttle just put along.

You are pulling air in somewhere. Check the line carefully between the fuel pump and the bulb.
