alarm problem

I have a 1989 Mariner 115, I had it on the water and the alarm went off so I trailered it and came home. The oil tank had plenty of oil and it was "peeing" water great. I replaced the impeller, it had been 2 years and started it with the rabbit ears and a hose, still the alrm goes off, only after it hasd run for a couple minutes. The head feels very cold. I then unplugged the leads to the oil tank sensor and the alarm still goes off. Then I unplugged the heat sensor and still have a alarm. Help please I am now lost as to which direction to go, other then a shop.

Re: alarm problem

If you unplug the heat and oil sencers and still have alarm the oil sencor module is bad

Is the alarm steady or beeping? Do you get the beeps at key on?
