Almost no water when block drain pulled

I have a 1992 Mercruiser 3.0. In preparation for some below freezing temps expected in the next few days (I haven’t winterized yet) I went and pulled the engine block drain plug. Normally when I pull this plug there’s quite a lot of water that drains out into the bilge. However just now when I pulled it there was almost nothing...like a smaaaaaaaall trickle of maybe a tablespoon. Why would this be? Is this a symptom of a problem somewhere or is this a normal thing that I shouldn’t worry about? This is the end of the third season that I’ve had my boat and every other time I’ve had a lot of water drain out. This seems strange to me.

Ayuh,...... Welcome Aboard,....... Use a nail, or screw, or stiff piece of wire to probe the hole, 'n knock the crud outa the way, for it to properly drain,.....
