Outboard trim works very sluggishly and trailer function does not work at all. Controls appear to be working properly, motor is running, fluid is clear and topped up . My assumption is that the hydraulic pump, the valves or the trim cylinders are the issue. Never worked on this system before, any suggestions on what to check first?
