Am I missing something

I know this is not necessarily a boat issue but it is a trailer issue.
Bought a used utility trailer. As with all my trailer purchases first thing replace the bearings and races.
The tires on this unit Goodyear 205X80X8 Load range B.
Here is my question. It appears the tire, tire rim and hub are all one assembly. Are some assemblies like this? If I am looking at this correctly if you had a flat tire you could not just pull the flat off and put on a spare. You would have to have a complete assembly. Am I missing something?

I did have to pull the hiu off the spindle tire rim and all.
What's up with this.

i 've never seen this on a trialer, but i think it is a split rim. i could be wrong! if you take the 4 lugs off,(let all air out of the tire) the rim should come off the hub and will be split. the rim splits to make it easier to change the tire.. you should be able to find a reg rim and tire to replace this with, for ease.

i just looked on norther tools sight and they do show integral hub assembly that might be what your looking for. i have never seen this before

I too was thinking it's a split rim, but I've never seen one configured quite like that.
