have 2006 90 hp mercury 4 stroke efi while getting ready to put away for winter noticed one bolt broken off power trim anode I removed other bolt and removed anode it is very corroded bolt is broken off flush with plate looks as if you would have to remove motor to be able to try and drill and tap not really set up to remove engine dealer is ...I will not go there out of the question would one bolt be enough?also looks like ground wire was on broken bolt it goes from top of power trim to this bolt I believe could this have been issue with trim gauge not working?

In most cases one bolt is not enough, sooner or later the other will break. Cannot see what your seeing but I would suggest getting some left hand drill bits. Drill thru and if it doesn't come out use an easy out

maybe but pretty tight lots of corrosion around broken bolt the bolt screws into alum. housing not sure if easy out or left hand drill would do the job the problem is the transom will not allow to drill straight
