Man did you back the wrong pony on this one. My truck has 8 18 wheelers have 10 unless it is a budd wheel which has 5, some cars used to have 6. Of the 6 cars currently operated by my family every one of them has 5.

Let me give you one to think about, every VW bug since 1967 was built with 4 lugs. Remember Mexico, all of South America? Any idea how many bugs are still running down there? Just thinking outside the box and noting that lower bhp vehicles and most small cars prior to 98 were 4 lug, many still are. Remember, we (US) have the highest bhp vehicles in the world, so, yes, the majority here now are probably 5 lug (mine is 6, but they were 5 before 2003). Not everything is an argument, Ray.
