Anyone EXCEPT the US who actually deploys a nuclear device will be eradicated. I would guess that we are among the top three "most likely to use nukes" country on the planet. I'd say that N Korea and Israel are probably the other two, closely followed by Pakistan.
Of course Iran is racing to develop nukes. They saw what happened to Saddam, who didn't have any, and they can see what happens to Kim Jong, who does.
