another trailer lite problem

the right side light on my trailer burns brighter then the left. swapped out the converter already, it had some insulation issues.bulbs are new, have voltage at terminals on lights. should i just go ahead and get a new set of leds?any ideas on where to troubleshoot? grounds look good

It's a ground issue, or a ground issue it could also be a ground issue. Actually it could be a crusty bulb socket too.

Remove all the grounds, clean them up till you have bright shiny metal and reattach.

Is it possible that you have the right light wires crossed, so the brake light is on instead of just the tail light?
