Any 5HP or 6HP 2 strokes come w/oil injection?

Hi. I'm in the market for a used trolling/kicker motor and was curious if any of the smaller (5 or 6HP) Yamaha or Suzuki 2 stroke motors came with oil injection. My reason for asking is oil injection would allow me to run the fuel out of the main tank and avoid a separate can in the boat. In addition the two strokes are generally lighter and less expensive than comparable used four strokes. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Not in that small of a motor. Your only option for anything like that is a 4 stroke

Suzuki made 9.9 two stroke that had oil injection, smallest one I know of. You don't want a current 5-6hp 4 stroke, they're single cylinder motors that tend to be loud and vibrate a great deal.

Thanks for the responses. Okay so small 4 stroke is likely the answer. I understand that a 2 cylinder is ideal but if I'm not mistaken that puts me at 8HP or larger. My concern is weight. I don't plan to keep this on the boat full time and may not trailer with it on (I have tin 18' Starcraft SS) so was trying to keep weight reasonable. I may be relegated to a single cylinder as a result.
Will a small 4 stroke (4-6hp) have enough draw to pull fuel from main take if I tee it in at the water / fuel separator? I don't want to find that I have to run a separate small tank since that is what I'm trying to avoid. Thanks again in advance for any info.

I would put shut off valves in line to shut off the one you are not using at the time.
might suck air from the one you are not using at the time

Yes, there are normally two outlets on the filter, one for each motor, if not a Tee works fine. You don't need shut off valves, the check valves in the squeeze bulbs normally work fine, most boats are plumbed this way without a shutoff valve. The valves don't hurt though. If you actually troll much you may regret a small single cylinder 4 stroke, they work fine, just the sound and vibration can become annoying rather quickly.

Yeah my water/fuel separator has two outlet ports on it so could just use one of those for the small motor.

I want to be sure a small motor would have enough pull to pump fuel from the main tank. Have read somewhere that sometimes people have an issue with small motor having enough pull to pull fuel from main tank and then have to go with a small external can. I want to avoid that issue as I don't want to take up room in the boat with a fuel can.

I've never seen it to be an issue, and have never heard of it being a problem. The only time there's an issue is if the there's an anti siphon valve on the tank that may be a little sticky.
