I just got this car this year and have never actually entered a Cruise before. I have been to my fair share of them over the years though as a spectator. We have a rather large popular cruise every year hear at Coos Bay called Cruz the Coos, 500 cars I went ahead and registered for it today. It`s a two day affair with a cruise on Saturday night and a show and shine on Sunday. My car is a 1967 Chevelle but it`s not what I would call "Show material". It does look nice though so I will be entering it in the "Under construction class. It`s going to make me get off my b*TT and get it cleaned up and do a few things to it. My step son and I are going to be doing it together so we will have a couple of days to spend together.

Got a bioDiesel/electric hybrid in there LD?

Power of the future I've been told. 8)

Do the cruise on a cup and a half of Wesson oil.

Only as a spectator like yourself so far LD.
If I can get off my duff and get her back into good shape again
we might try it with the Opel GT.
First my body
then the house
then the boat
then the truck
then the Opel...
Hope I live long enough :)

Fun to share pic anyway though :) :)

The longer you wait the more it will cost ya.

I bought this car from my step son and I paid dearly for it, Over $10,000.00 for what it`s worth. In prestine shape you could be looking at over $20,000.00 for a car that isn`t even an SS. I know quite a bit of the history of the car and it`s basically rust free The person he bought it from auto crossed it so it has large swar bars front and back, lowered 2", and Koni shocks. It handles like a slot car which is a bit unusual for a big car like this. It also has ultra quick steering do to a later Trans Am quick ratio steering box which is nice also. Not being an SS car I don`t have to worry about trying to keep it original, It would have no effect on the value even if I did with this car. Upgrades are better than originality on this car.

I have a dodge dart that I take to the dragstrip and to the cruise nights.

Me and the wife both love it. (actually I built the car for her to race)
