WOW! I have to say "no" I have never seen a boat like that. I am curious if it is a homemade boat or if it is something that was manufactured. I would be really concerned if this was just something that somebody built in their garage and no testing was performed on the wings on the back and the design of the boat. I am thinking IF somebody just built this to look cool the "cool" wings could actually cause handeling problems at speed.

That is really a race car that rides on water used to watch boats like that on the weekends in Miami
