Anyone heard of Springfield Marine Company?

I have their seats in my boat, but I need a couple parts.
I've emailed them twice over the last week and a half. And their web site doesn't have a phone number.
Anyone heard if they went under, got bought out?
Anyone have a contact for them, or somewhere else I might be able to find their parts?

Yes I have contacted them. They do not manufacture the seats, they manufacture the mounting hardware. As I recall with the exception of their scratch and dent returns, they DO NOT sell to the public. Here is a list of their retailers.
