I don't like the fact that the stock mirrors don't extend out far enough for me to see the back of the boat? I have to change lanes to see who is behind me. Do you have the same problem? What mirrors or what can I do to help this problem? Thanks

Just about any auto shop i.e. autozone, pepboys, O'Reilly, wally world, etc carry universal mirror extenders.

I had the same problem with the stock mirrors on my '01 Suburban. I searched ebay and found these CIPA mirrors.

Mine were used and in great shape. They slipped right over my stock mirrors and gave me the extra view I needed pulling my 24' pontoon boat.

I really lucked out with both the price ( $35 shipped ) and they were adjusted perfectly when I put them on my Suburban. The guy I bought them from must have been the same height as me. :D

Your Toyota dealer may be able to help you. Or you could try RV dealers. By law, one needs extended mirrors when pulling wide trailers, so many of the RV dealers carry a good selection for the customers that buy travel trailers or car haulers.
